Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Frontend Team Lead with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in modern front-end development. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Next.js, React.js, and Redux, and be capable of translating complex UI/UX designs into seamless, interactive web interfaces. You will lead a team of frontend developers and work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using Next.js, React.js, and Redux.
- Transform UI/UX designs into responsive, high-performance web interfaces using Tailwind CSS, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement advanced animations and interactions using libraries such as GSAP and Three.js (preferred).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance usability, performance, and overall user experience.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and proactively address front-end issues.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and efficient code aligned with industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Prior leadership or team management experience is a plus.
- Strong experience with Next.js and React.js.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
- Proficiency in Redux for state management.
- Familiarity with Node.js in front-end development workflows.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
