Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Consultant to join our AI & Machine Learning team. In this expert-level role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients and internal teams, guiding the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. Your deep technical expertise and strategic insight will help shape innovative AI initiatives and drive measurable value across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into tailored AI and machine learning solutions.
- Lead technical consultations and workshops to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of AI technologies.
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on AI best practices, scalability, security, and ethical considerations.
- Work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and ML trends, tools, frameworks, and research to continuously innovate and improve offerings.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, proof of concepts, and technical presentations.
- Mentor junior consultants and team members to build AI capabilities within the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in AI, machine learning, and data science roles with demonstrable success in deploying AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) and AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Solid understanding of data engineering, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI model lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields is a plus.
