Job Description:    

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Strategy Lead to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives and drive business growth through data-driven strategies. As an expert-level leader, you will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital strategies that align with overall marketing goals and elevate the brand’s online presence.   

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and analytics to ensure seamless execution and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels.   

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Develop and lead the execution of integrated digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive research.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver compelling digital experiences and innovative marketing solutions.
  • Use data analytics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve marketing technology stack and automation capabilities.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Present strategy updates and campaign results to senior leadership and stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, with proven success in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and technological advancements.
