Job Description:   

We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join us as Head of AI Strategy. In this executive role, you will define and drive the company’s artificial intelligence strategy to unlock innovation, create competitive advantage, and deliver transformative business value.   

You will lead cross-functional teams in identifying AI opportunities, aligning AI initiatives with business goals, and overseeing the execution of AI-powered product and service roadmaps. Your expertise will guide the organization’s AI adoption, ensuring ethical and scalable implementation of AI technologies.   

Key Responsibilities:   

• Develop and communicate a comprehensive AI strategy that supports overall business objectives and product vision.
• Lead the evaluation, prioritization, and integration of AI technologies across products and operations.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data science, and business leadership to align AI initiatives with strategic goals.
• Oversee the roadmap for AI research, development, and deployment projects.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging AI trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI use, including ethics, compliance, and risk management.
• Foster a culture of AI literacy and innovation across the organization.
• Manage and mentor AI strategy and product teams, building capabilities and talent.
• Represent the company externally in AI-related forums, partnerships, and industry events.
• Measure and communicate the impact of AI initiatives on business performance and growth.   

Requirements:   

• Advanced degree ( Master’s or PhD) in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, product management, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record in developing and executing AI strategies in complex, dynamic environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data infrastructure, and industry applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value propositions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
