Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Automation Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will support the design and execution of automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of our software applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using automation tools.
- Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure effective test coverage.
- Document test results, identify defects, and log issues using tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to test strategy discussions.
- Continuously learn and apply new automation tools and techniques.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of software testing principles and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic QA environment.
