Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BI Developer to join our Data Science & Analytics team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and help transform data into insightful and actionable dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to build effective BI solutions.
- Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure reliable data availability.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data pipelines and database queries.
- Maintain documentation related to BI dashboards, reports, and processes.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor BI systems and resolve issues as they arise.
- Continuously learn and apply new BI techniques and tools to improve performance and usability.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with at least one BI or data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
