Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Strategy Consultant to provide strategic guidance and thought leadership that drives product innovation and business growth. As an expert in product strategy, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define long-term product vision, assess market opportunities, and develop actionable strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Your insights and recommendations will influence product roadmaps, go-to-market approaches, and organizational priorities to maximize market impact and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and articulate clear, data-driven product strategies that support business goals.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align strategic priorities and execution plans.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops, ideation sessions, and executive briefings.
  • Advise on product portfolio management, pricing models, and positioning strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and industry disruptions to inform innovation initiatives.
  • Guide product lifecycle planning from ideation through launch and beyond.
  • Support organizational change management and strategic alignment.
  • Mentor product leaders and help build strategic capabilities across teams.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product strategies and initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business , Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product strategy, management consulting, or related roles.
  • Proven track record driving successful product strategies and business transformations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and executive teams.
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
