Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Analyst (Manual & API) to join our Quality Assurance team. As a junior QA Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications by executing manual test cases and validating API responses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality, learning new tools, and starting their career in software testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications based on requirements and specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Test RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Identify, log, and track bugs using issue tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Assist in preparing test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and test reports.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and standards.
- Stay updated with testing trends and best practices.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
- Basic experience with manual testing and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Familiarity with QA documentation and bug tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
