Job Description:   

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced QA Architect to lead the strategic design and implementation of our organization’s quality assurance frameworks and solutions. As a QA Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our testing architecture, frameworks, methodologies, and tools to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and scalability.   

You will collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, product, and leadership teams to drive test automation, continuous quality, and QA best practices across all stages of the development lifecycle.   

Key Responsibilities:   

• Design and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation architectures for web, mobile, API, and backend services.
• Define QA strategies, standards, and metrics for all levels of testing: unit, integration, system, acceptance, performance, and security.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new testing tools and frameworks that align with organizational goals and tech stacks.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of test automation in CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop enterprise-level test strategies and frameworks, ensuring broad test coverage and fast feedback cycles.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams across multiple projects.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and recommend long-term solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Define governance processes and ensure compliance with QA policies and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in QA practices.   

Requirement :    

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 3 years in an architect or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and scaling test automation solutions using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Expertise in QA tools and platforms including CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), test management (TestRail, Zephyr), and bug tracking (Jira).
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, Agile/DevOps environments, and test pyramid concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for quality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
