Job Overview:
Cyfersoft is looking for an experienced and visionary Senior AI Architect specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems. In this leadership role, you will define and guide the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems that leverage generative intelligence, autonomous agents, and LLM-powered workflows. You’ll work cross-functionally with research, engineering, and product teams to create solutions that are scalable, secure, and intelligent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI systems using LLMs (e.g., GPT, PaLM, Claude) and agentic frameworks
- Design and oversee AI agent orchestration layers for autonomous task execution, reasoning, and multi-step workflows
- Evaluate and fine-tune open-source and proprietary models for use in domain-specific applications
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure proper data pipelines and model integrations
- Set best practices in model deployment, versioning, and monitoring for production environments
- Stay current with AI research, emerging trends, and cutting-edge tools in the LLM ecosystem
- Mentor junior team members and provide architectural direction for long-term AI strategies
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working in AI/ML with at least 2+ years focused on LLMs and generative AI
- Deep understanding of transformer-based architectures, embeddings, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
- Experience building agentic systems using tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGPT, or custom frameworks
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Solid knowledge of MLOps practices, APIs, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerized environments
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
