Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, high-impact projects within our Product & Strategy department. In this expert-level role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, aligning technical initiatives with business goals, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic product and technology projects.

You will work closely with senior leadership, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and resource plans while mitigating risks and driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical projects aligned with product and business strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to define clear project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and accountability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Drive adoption of best practices in project management, team collaboration, and process optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and coordinators.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within product development or strategy environments.
• Proven track record managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
