Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SEO/SEM Strategist to lead our search engine optimization and marketing efforts. As an expert-level strategist, you will develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies that improve organic search rankings, increase paid search ROI, and drive qualified traffic to our digital assets.

You will collaborate closely with content, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website rankings.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others to maximize paid search performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, search trends, and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs , etc.
  • Manage and optimize PPC budgets, bids, and targeting to achieve cost-effective results.
  • Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization efforts to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO/SEM trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders on SEO and SEM performance.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on SEO and SEM techniques.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and SEM strategy and execution.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and paid search mechanics.
  • Proficiency with SEO and SEM tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs , Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and optimizing paid search campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
