Job Description:   

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. This junior-level role is perfect for individuals eager to start their career in business development and contribute to expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.   

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales process to achieve business targets.   

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Support contract negotiations and follow-up with clients to close deals.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • Provide feedback from clients and market insights to internal teams.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach activities.
