Job Description:   

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to join our Support, HR & Operations team. In this junior role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in customer service to develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to improve service quality.
  • Support the development of customer service processes and documentation.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times .


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
