Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to improve service quality.
- Support the development of customer service processes and documentation.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times .
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
