Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud & DevOps team. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in infrastructure automation, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and cloud technologies. You will assist in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines while learning from experienced DevOps professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure and environments.
- Support automation of build, deployment, and configuration management processes.
- Help implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and scalability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Learn and apply DevOps best practices, including infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Participate in documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps and cloud technologies.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Some experience or coursework related to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
