Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior UI/UX Designer to join our UI/UX & Product Design team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about user-centered design and eager to build their skills in creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences. You will work closely with senior designers and product teams to support the design and improvement of web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications following best UI/UX practices.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual assets to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and quality.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of design systems and style guides.
- Help translate user needs and business requirements into compelling design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Receive mentorship and feedback from senior designers to grow design skills.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for user-centered design.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
