Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team. This junior-level position is ideal for candidates eager to develop their marketing skills and contribute to executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
You will support the marketing team in a variety of tasks including content creation, social media management, market research, and campaign coordination to help achieve the company’s marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms and company blogs.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help maintain and update the company’s website and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media engagement.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Support email marketing efforts including list management and campaign tracking.
- Contribute creative ideas to marketing strategies and content development.
- Perform general administrative duties related to the marketing department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
