Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Motion Design Specialist to join our UI/UX & Product Design team. As an expert in motion graphics and animation, you will bring digital products to life by crafting engaging and intuitive motion designs that enhance user experience and communicate brand stories effectively. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product teams to integrate motion into interfaces, marketing materials, and product demos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and interactive visual content for web, mobile, and marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to incorporate motion principles that improve usability, provide feedback, and guide user interactions.
- Create storyboards, animation concepts, and prototypes to communicate motion design ideas clearly.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth integration of motion assets into digital products.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity and visual language through motion design elements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and animation.
- Mentor junior motion designers and contribute to building a creative, innovative team culture.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing creativity with deadlines and technical constraints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in motion design for digital products.
- Proficiency in motion design and animation tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, Principle, Lottie, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how motion enhances user experience.
- Experience working with development teams and knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent creative vision, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects and interactive animations.
