Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Product Designer to lead the design of user-centric digital products that deliver exceptional experiences. As a senior member of our UI/UX & Product Design team, you will drive the full product design lifecycle — from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation — collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create impactful solutions that meet business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product design processes, including user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Develop innovative and intuitive design solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct user research and analyze feedback to iterate and refine designs.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to diverse audiences, including executives and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to inspire innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in product design, preferably with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex, user-centered digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and data-driven design.
  • Experience with design systems and collaborative design workflows.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing design talent.
