Job Description:    

We are seeking an experienced UX Research Lead to spearhead our user research efforts and drive a deep understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations. In this leadership role, you will guide research strategy, design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, and collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure data-driven decisions shape our products and user experiences.   

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Develop and lead the UX research strategy aligned with product goals and business objectives.
  • Plan, design, and conduct user research studies including usability testing, interviews, surveys, field studies, and data analysis.
  • Analyze research findings to generate actionable insights that inform design and product decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate research insights into the product development lifecycle.
  • Advocate for the voice of the user within the organization and promote a user-centered design culture.
  • Mentor and manage a team of UX researchers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Develop and maintain UX research tools, methods, and best practices.
  • Present research findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Stay current with emerging research methodologies, tools, and industry trends.   


Requirements:   

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in UX research, including leadership or management roles.
  • Expertise in a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Proven track record of influencing product and design decisions through research.
  • Experience managing and mentoring research teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and collaboration in agile environments.
